View Our Commercial Services

Here’s how we make the termite extermination process simple and hassle-free for you:

Identify the Threat: Our experts will complete a detailed termite inspection of your home and determine if termites are the issue, as they are often confused with flying ants.

Determine the Best Treatment Option: To determine the best treatment, we inspect the property to ensure our bait stations are best suited for your situation. Note that we won’t drill through concrete to place them.

Customize Your Agreement: As a Certified Sentricon Specialist® we’ll take the time to see if Sentricon® is suitable for your location. We’ll then send you the agreement to be reviewed and sign it when you’re ready to proceed.

Easy Payment Process: To make things even easier for you, we offer convenient and secure online payment options.

Safety First: To ensure everyone’s safety, before the installation, we’ll call Dig Safe to mark utility lines to avoid any accidents or disruptions.

Schedule Made Simple: We will send you a text message with the time of the installation. You don’t even have to be on-site—we’ll take care of it all.

Strategic Installation: We place Sentricon bait stations 8–10 feet apart around your property to effectively target subterranean termites.

If you’re looking for commercial termite treatment for your business, we have the capabilities to help tackle termite damage of any size or scale.

How Sentricon Works

Sentricon provides highly effective termite elimination and long-term control. The system utilizes strategically placed bait stations, about 8-10 feet apart, containing an active ingredient that termites transport back to their colony, distributing it throughout the communal food supply. The compound’s delayed-action mechanism prevents termites from associating the bait with colony decline.

The product prevents termite maturation by inhibiting the molting process, effectively disrupting the colony’s life cycle. Continuous protection is maintained throughout the recommended two-year service agreement (1-year options available), providing ongoing property safeguarding while the system remains installed. We’ll conduct an annual check of the stations and send out an official report.

This proven and award-winning termite control solution—trusted by some of the most iconic locations in the United States, including the White House and Capitol Building—is designed to provide comprehensive, long-term protection for your property.

By choosing Sentricon, you’re investing in a trusted, effective, and environmentally responsible solution for termite control.

Inspecting wood of a home

What Is a WDI Inspection?

A Wood Destroying Insects Inspection, or WDI, simply requires that a home inspection for pests be performed. This type of home inspection isn’t just limited to termites—we also look for other wood-destroying insects like carpenter bees and powder post beetles.

This type of inspection is performed because wood-destroying insects often go unseen for months or even years while they are causing structural damage to your home. During the summer months, our technicians fill out a Termite Risk Assessment (TRA), looking under rocks and around tree stumps as they conduct routine inspections, but this doesn’t serve as an official WDI. Ask your tech for more information if you are interested in a formal inspection.

*If you are looking to buy or refinance a home, you may need an NPMA-33 form. We provide these with our WDI inspection.

Ransford offers WDI inspections in limited areas only. Contact us to discuss your service area.
